Booster Club - The Kahok Wrestling Booster
Club was formed to support the Kahok Wrestling program.

You control your own destiny as an individual and as a team.
Set your goals accordingly. Do you want wrestling to be an
extra-curricular activity or do you want to be a CHAMPION? Do you want
a line in the yearbook or a meaningful experience you can draw on for the
rest of your life? The choice is up to you. With proper planning
and effort, you can accomplish your wrestling goals and fulfill any other
commitments in life.
Physicals - Everyone
wrestling next year needs a physical on file with Trainer Amanda Baugher
before they will be allowed to practice. Good planning on your part
now will save you from not being able to practice.
Lifting Weights - There will be
weight-lifting 4 days a week with the football team. All wrestlers are
encouraged to lift. See Coach Liljegren for more information! |
