Find the agency you are looking for and turn to the page number listed. Some agencies may only serve your area, while others may serve the entire county. We suggest you call the agency of interest and ask if they provide what you need. If they do not, they may suggest another agency for you to call. When calling an agency, you may find they have different eligibility requirements. You might be asked to complete an application. You may need to provide proof of income or your social security number, have your information ready.If you have questions about any of the resources listed in our booklet, or are not sure who might provide the services you need, please talk with your child’s teacher.
