Mrs. Whaley, Pre-K Program Coordinator

Educational background: I obtained both my Bachelors and Masters Degree in Early Childhood Education from SIUE.

Teaching experience:  I have been involved in the field of Early Childhood education for 29 yrs.  I started as a Pre-K teacher, then became a Parent Educator.  From there I became a Parent Coordinator which has brought me to my current position as the Program Coordinator.

What I enjoy most about my position:  The best part of my job is having the opportunity to visit all the classrooms.  Being in the classrooms allows me to see all the gifted teachers and all the terrific kids!

Ms. Jenna, Pre-K Parent Coordinator

Educational background: I earned a Bachelor of Science Degree and a Masters Degree in Early Childhood from S.I.U. Edwardsville.

Teaching experience:  I started with the PreK program in 1993 as an assistant.  The following year, 1994, I began teaching PreK and was in the classroom until 2006.  I am currently teaching in the morning at Twin Echo and work in the office as the Parent Coordinator for the PreK / Starting Points Programs in the afternoon. 

What I enjoy most about my position:  Getting to know the families~!
