Collinsville High School - Building Additions and Renovations

Gym

• The roof is complete and the building is "dried-in."

• The Tilt-up concrete walls are being prepared to receive the finish paint system.

Auditorium

• The structural masonry block should be complete by February 4, 2004, weather permitting.

• The installation of the metal decking is on going.  The installation of the roofing is scheduled to begin on February 2, 2004, weather permitting.  The General Contractor and their Subcontractors worked 26 of the 31 days in December 2003.  Their commitment to the project is very much appreciated.

• The project is 33% complete based on the submission of Pay Application No. 5.

Collinsville Middle School

• Construction of the exterior & interior masonry walls is 96% complete.

• The placement of the concrete floor slabs is 88% complete.

• The installation of the roof is 56% complete.

• Exterior face brick has begun and is 3% complete.

• Electrical rough-in is 66% complete.

• Mechanical system rough-in is 25% complete.

• Plumbing system rough-in is 70% complete.

• Completion of the building roof, commonly referred to as "Building Dry-In"  has slipped into February 2004.  The General Contractor maintains his commitment to complete the project by early August 2004.

• The project is 48% complete based on the submission of Pay Application No. 9.

Collinsville High School and Middle School - Furnish & Install Kitchen Equipment

• The roof is complete and ready to receive the HVAC equipment.

• All necessary ductwork will be complete by January 30, 2004.

• All necessary sprinkler piping will be complete by January 30, 2004.

• All interior wall and partition framing will be complete by January 30, 2004.

• Exterior walls are ready to receive face brick.  This activity will begin after the auditorium structural block work is completed.

Webster Elementary School

•  The outstanding work consists of building the main entranceway and completing the paving and landscaping.  Thirty (30) working days is necessary to complete this scope of work.

• The project is 95% complete based on the submission of Pay Application No. 11.

• Overall, the project is ahead of schedule.  Project completion is forecasted for the end of April 2004

Collinsville Intermediate Center (5/6 Center) - Renovation

• All concrete tilt-up wall panels are set in place.

• All structural steel and bar joists are installed.

• Metal decking for the roof and the second floor is completed.

• The roofing will be installed beginning on January 28, 2004, weather permitting.

• "Building Dry-In"  is planned for February 6, 2004.

• The project is 12% complete based on the submission of Pay Application No. 3.

Kreitner Elementary School - Renovation

• All new water lines and sanitary sewer lines are installed.

• All tilt-up concrete wall panels are set in place.

• All structural steel columns and beams are installed.

• Delivery and installation of the roof bar joists is scheduled to begin on February 2, 2004.

• Interior wall and partition framing is under way.

• Work activities necessary to up grade the existing electrical service have begun.

• The project is 10% complete based on the submission of Pay Application No. 3.
